This way you will get the BEST possible experience for each participant. You can all arrive at the same time, we will give you safety instructions all together at the reception and then group 1 will go inside the experience. Meanwhile group 2 can relax at our reception with some drinks and can hear group 1's screams. As soon as group 1 finishes, group 2 enters. At the end you will all rejoin at the reception and you can all laugh at the unique pictures and videos taken during the experience. We have many groups like yours and this works best for them. :). Alternatively, you can book group 1 into Dungeon of Horror and group 2 into Experiment escape game and then both groups can participate at roughly the same time.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge if you let us know at least 3 hours before your scheduled time. If you cancel less than 3 hours before, your deposit is not refunded. You can cancel by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by writing to us at visit@thrillparkprague.com. If you are eligible for a refund, please note that it may take a few business days to process, so don't worry if you don't see it immediately.

If your card was rejected, please try again with another card. Some cards (like prepaid, virtual, or cards with limited online payments) may not work. We also accept PayPay or direct bank transfers.

We accept payments by credit or debit card, PayPal during booking. Direct bank transfers are also possible. At the venue, we also accept cash (CZK or EUR).

Yes! If you already booked one experience, you can still get a 50% discount on the Escape Game (Experiment) as part of the Adrenaline Pack. Simply book the second experience normally and let the reception know when you arrive that you didn't select the Adrenaline Pack online, we'll adjust the price for you on the spot.

If you arrive late, we'll wait for you for up to 10 minutes after your scheduled time. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we can't guarantee your experience, and your deposit may be forfeited. Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you'll be late!

We recommend arriving on time or 5 minutes earlier before your booked time. This gives you enough time to check in, use the restroom, and get ready for the experience without feeling rushed.

The experience is intense and best suited for 18+ years old. If you're a really brave 15+ year-old, you can join if you're accompanied by an adult. But beware - most teenagers give up and end up on our chicken list!

No, for your own safety, the experience is not suitable for anyone with epilepsy, heart problems, lung issues, serious mobility issues or serious injuries.

Unfortunately, no. The experience includes stairs, crawling, and narrow passages that are not accessible by wheelchair.

For the Dungeon of Horror, you don't need to speak English, it's mostly physical and visual. For the Experiment escape game, you need at least basic English to solve the puzzles, and good English if you want to fully understand the story.

No, it will be just you and your friends. We never mix groups because we want you to have a unique and personal experience.

No, for safety and to ensure the best experience, we only allow groups of 2–5 people. If you're alone, try to find a friend or join someone brave enough to go with you!

We strongly advise against it. The decision can be ultimately yours but the experience is designed to be intense for adults. Rarely we will allow some brave teenagers to participate but even among them are many that give up...

It is recommended that you wear casual clothes. Your clothes will not get damaged but you may collect some dust in our old abandoned cellar. So leave that fancy dress for some boring museum visit. ;)
